 Spring is now in full-force and what could be better than to marvel in all its glorious springtime sights and smells than with a scenic bike ride?  Whether you bike for sport or pleasure, benefits such as increased cardiovascular strength, balance and flexibility are all associated with a good bike ride. And more than just a fun way to exercise, biking is a great way to get around. No spandex required.
